Trouble with Holds, again

Please let me know if you have gotten reports from patrons that their holds are missing when they go to retrieve them online after receiving an email and you've ruled out the points in the previous post.

I have had a crop of these this week, and I will be contacting OverDrive about it -- I would like to know if the scope of the issue is larger than I'm currently aware of.

This has been happening to me. I am a member of the Fletcher Memorial Library. The emails arrive telling me a long awaited title is finally available but when I (immediately)l log into my digital account, the title is no where to be found. My account is totally blank.

This has just happened to one of our patrons at Norwich Public. Not only is the hold not there--her account is totally blank also.
