Recently, I was asked if the procedure for resetting audiobook and e-book downloads were the same. I have been in contact with overdrive about this, and it is indeed the same. If you need to refresh your memory, you simply login to Content Reserve, and go to the "Support" tab. Scroll down to where it says "Reactivation of Download Links" and click on one the "Link Reactivation Links".
With the arrival of e-books on the scene, patrons may be confused about what they are downloading. If you are showing your patrons the download process, please make sure that they ALWAYS watch the icons on audiobooks to be sure its compatible with their device, and explain to them the basic difference between audiobooks and e-books. If they understand it from the get go, it makes for less work for us down the road.
